About Mini Mall Storage - Memphis
Mini Mall Storage sits at 3417 Fontaine Rd, off Winchester Rd near the Dr MLK Jr Expy. It's next to Stinson's Industrial and across from Trailer Sales of Memphis, so you can spot it from the road. Covered, indoor and outdoor storage are all on the menu, and there's room for a car, boat or other vehicle, not just household goods. The gate is controlled and cameras watch the property. Some units are climate controlled, and a 24/7 access option is available. Online payments and a packing and moving supply store round things out. Reviewers rate it 4.7 across 595 Google reviews. A lot of them single out the staff, especially Nikki and Christian, for being polite, personable and quick to answer questions. Others mention competitive starting rates. Not every review is warm. One customer complained about unanswered emails and calls when closing an account and said charges continued. Another mentioned pests and cleaning, and more than one said rates crept up over time. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you sign.
