About Mini Mall Storage - Olive Branch
Mini Mall Storage on Hacks Cross Road in Olive Branch handles RVs along with cars and boats. You can pick from covered, indoor, or outdoor parking, and the lot is gated with cameras. Access is 24/7. The office also sells packing and moving supplies, and they offer climate control for units, though that's more for household goods than RVs. Reviewers keep bringing up Shannon at the front desk. People say she's helpful, personable, and walks the property cleaning. Several mention the rental process was simple and the facility felt secure. The 4.8 rating across 450 reviews backs that up. Not every review is glowing. Some complain about rent increases and changing hours, and one mentions pests in outdoor units. A few say climate control didn't work as expected. If you're parking outside, it's worth asking about the bug situation. For covered or indoor RV spots, the staff gets consistent praise.
