About Mini Mall Storage
Mini Mall Storage sits on Washington St in Ravenswood, between NAPA Auto Parts and Ravenswood Floral & Gifts. It's a self-storage spot with covered, indoor and outdoor options, climate control, gated entry and cameras, and 24/7 access. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One customer said a rep stayed on the phone until they got through the gate. Others mention quick replies, clean units and a well-kept facility. The office also handles online payments and sells packing and moving supplies, and carts and dollies are on hand. Not every review is glowing. One long-term renter described a dispute over a unit and mice damage. Overall the place rates 4.7 from 19 Google reviews, and rent comes up often in what people write. If you're parking a rig, covered and outdoor spots are worth asking about.
