About Mini Mall Storage - Self Storage Units Lancaster
On Columbus-Lancaster Road NW, across from the barber shop and next to The Sign Company, this Mini Mall Storage location draws from Carroll, Lancaster and Royalton. Covered, indoor and outdoor storage are all mentioned, along with climate control for things like wood, leather and vinyl, and drive-up units you can pull right up to. The gate uses coded entry, cameras cover the grounds, and access runs 24/7, though the office keeps set hours. Reviewers who like it single out the cameras and the coded gate as reasons they feel their things are safe, and a few call the grounds clean and well kept. Staff come up too, with more than one person naming Teresa as helpful when signing up. Not every review is warm. Several describe rates and payment dates changing without notice, autopay that did not go through, and late fees that showed up without a bill. A couple of customers also say calls during business hours went unanswered when it came time to move out. Online payments and packing supplies are offered.
