About Mini Stor-It
Mini Stor-It has been part of the Harrisonburg scene for over 40 years, serving locals and the JMU community. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and several mention the same people have been in the office for a decade or more. Friendly and helpful comes up a lot. Parking is the other thing people talk about. You pull right up to your unit door instead of hauling things down a hall or waiting on an elevator. The grounds are well maintained and units are described as clean, with one reviewer noting a climate controlled unit. Several reviews mention the site is monitored by city police and that they feel safe there alone. The drawbacks are honest ones: at least one reviewer notes their unit was not heated or air conditioned. On cost, people say the rent is reasonable and they were not hit with surprise fees. Hours are described as great, and the location is easy to reach. If you need current rates or unit sizes, give the office a call.
