About Mini U Storage
Mini U Storage sits in West Berlin and rents units for household goods, business gear, boats, and RVs. Reviewers mention climate controlled storage among the options. The place has a 4.9 rating across 330 Google reviews, and a lot of that feedback centers on the people. Tammy, Deb, Jeremiah, Bill, and Diane come up by name as patient and helpful. The truck rental gets talked about almost as much as the staff. Multiple reviewers used the free truck period for their moves and called it smooth. Others describe the setup as quick, the units as clean and ready when they arrived, and the facility as well maintained. One return customer rented a second 10x10 and said the staff set this location apart from other facilities they had used. Not every review is glowing. One person who moved out reported rodent droppings that damaged their stored items and was unhappy about being directed to their insurance. Worth asking about when you visit. The office keeps set hours rather than 24/7 access, and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
