About Minify Self-Storage Genoa
Minify Self-Storage Genoa rents units from 5x10 up to 10x30, so there is space for furniture, seasonal stuff, or a rig that needs a home. RVs and boats get a mention too. Access runs 24/7, and you can rent and manage your account online. The place is the newest storage facility in the area and serves Genoa, Kingston, Kirkland, Burlington, Sycamore, DeKalb and the towns around them. It sits at 4.2 stars across 15 Google reviews. Recent reviewers call it clean and secure and say the sign-up process went smoothly. One repeat customer came back a second time and felt the same way about it. Not every review is warm. Several people describe poor communication, and one mentions being billed after giving notice. Another says a payment error led to a lockout email weeks later. Worth reading the reviews yourself.
