Mission Mini Storage

About Mission Mini Storage

Mission Mini Storage runs a self-storage lot off the main road in Mt Pleasant, and RV and boat owners use it alongside folks storing furniture. Reviews mention units from small up to spaces that fit motorhomes and sailboats. The lot is paved, and cameras are part of the setup. The reviews are mixed and lean specific. One person praised a staff member by name for walking them through a reservation from start to finish. Others describe phones that go unanswered and an office open only a few days a week for limited hours. Storage and unit sizes come up a few times in the feedback. Security is where the complaints get sharpest. One reviewer says a lock was cut and belongings were taken, and that the response amounted to a suggestion to buy a better lock. Others flag billing trouble: charges that continued after they said their things were gone, and an auto payment that lapsed with a late fee and no notice. Winter plowing came up too, with one note that the lot isn't always cleared fast.
