About ModBox Storage - Mint Hill
ModBox Storage on Fairview Road in Mint Hill offers outdoor parking for RVs and boats, along with self storage units. It's a straightforward spot with code gate entry, perimeter fencing, and security cameras. The facility is month to month and each rental comes with a free lock. Reviewers mention the setup process is quick and easy, and some say new management has improved things by cutting weeds and fixing ruts in the gravel road. Others have complained about potholes, muddy conditions, and mice in units, so it's worth checking current conditions yourself. If you need a dedicated spot off the driveway for your rig, this could work. The location is near I-485 and NC-51, making it reachable from Mint Hill, Matthews, and Stallings.
