About Modern Storage Solutions
Modern Storage Solutions sits on Rowan Rd in Florence, Montana, and it handles more than household goods. The lot offers outdoor vehicle storage, including pull-through spots and a separate oversized gate for bringing in large rigs, plus drive-up units if you want your RV under cover. Security is the usual setup: a fully fenced property, keypad entry, and cameras. Gate access runs 24/7, 365 days a year, and you can move in online whenever it suits you. It holds a 4.3 rating across 10 Google reviews. Reviewers tend to mention the owners. People describe them as friendly, accommodating, and quick to walk you through the process, and one reviewer named Kristian specifically for pull-through trailer storage. Snow removal comes up too, with a renter noting they could always get to their unit in winter. Not every review is warm, though. One complains about rate increases and being locked out after a missed payment. On rates, a reviewer says they are the best in the area and had not gone up in over two years. Worth asking about current pricing.
