About Morningstar Storage
Morningstar Storage sits on Montclair Road in Birmingham, and the reviews land at 4.6 from 107 Google ratings. Reviewers keep coming back to the same things: the place is clean, and the staff are kind. One person wrote about a manager named Phil who stayed open late to walk them through the 24/7 code and help pick a unit size. Another mentioned Sarah and Amanda at the front desk. Access runs around the clock, and the grounds are lit. That combination comes up in reviews about safety. Some renters also note a free rental truck, though one reviewer said the truck was booked when they needed it. Not every review is glowing. A few people describe billing trouble after moving out and complaints about overflowing trash cans at one location. Read the reviews for the specific site before you sign. Rates were called fair compared to other storage rentals in the Irondale area.
