About Mound Street Storage
Mound Street Storage sits in Carthage and rents month to month. No credit check, no security deposit. The facility is gated, and units come in several sizes. Reviewers mostly land on the same points. The staff is described as pleasant often enough that it shows up twice in the review topics, and one customer said renting online was easy with help from the office manager. Another has kept a unit for over a year and says the monthly fee never changed and the office worked with them on late payments. Security gets called great by at least one person. Pricing draws mention too, with a reviewer calling it reasonable and quick to respond. Not every note is positive. One customer wrote that they were given the wrong gate code and never got to use their unit, and said the refund conversation went badly. Worth knowing before you sign. For RV owners, the gated lot and flexible terms are the draw. No rates are listed, so ask when you call.
