About Mountain View Self Storage
Mountain View Self Storage sits on Highway 162, the Sumner-Orting road, and locals say it has been the main storage spot between Puyallup and Orting. It is a plain, no-frills kind of place. The staff get the most mentions in reviews, and most of them are good. Reviewers call the people friendly and describe customer service as excellent. A few say the property is watched closely: one person got a call when a friend came to drop off a load, which they took as a good sign. Rates come up as reasonable and competitive. One reviewer warned the units are not climate controlled, so damp items need extra care. U-Haul rentals are available here too, and one customer found mobile check-in quick. It is not all praise. One review from 2022 describes a desk employee as unprofessional. Hours are posted but the office is not open around the clock.
