About Mr. P's Mini Storage
Mr. P's Mini Storage runs two locations in Theodore, with drive-up access so you can pull right up to your unit. The grounds are kept up, and reviewers often mention April in the office. She's quick to help, whether you call last minute on a Saturday or stop by with questions. Most reviews are positive. People say the site is clean and has ample security. One long-term customer has stayed over two years and credits April for keeping things running smoothly. Another says April makes sure you're taken care of. A few reviews mention issues. One person had to wait when no one was in the office, and another had trouble getting access after paying. The office has set hours, so it's not a 24/7 operation. If you need a spot for your RV, boat, or other vehicle, the drive-up access and multiple sites are worth a look.
