About MTX Open Storage
MTX Open Storage is outdoor parking on the edge of Magnolia, set up for rigs big and small. RVs and campers share the lot with cars, boats, trailers, and trucks, and the largest spots run up to 14x80, so semi-trailers fit too. The gate works around the clock, and cameras watch the property. You drive right up to your spot and handle rent and payment online. Reviewers describe the owner as easy to deal with and quick to help, and one notes the grounds stay well kept and secure. Another calls the prices reasonable. With a 5.0 rating from three Google reviews, it is a small sample, but the feedback is steady. If you need a spot for a boat or an 18-wheeler, not just an RV, this is one of the few Magnolia lots that says so up front.
