About Murphy Mini Storage
Murphy Mini Storage in Grants Pass earns a 4.5-star rating from 13 Google reviews. Reviewers repeatedly call the staff friendly and responsive. One reported a light out and said it was fixed the next day. Another has been a customer for two years and praises the people, location, and security. A shorter review sums it up as clean units and fair prices. Gate hours are the main drawback for some. One reviewer notes you can't get in after 5pm unless you call ahead, and the staff will usually hold the gate for a short extension. The same person mentions random holiday closures. Another reviewer warns about water damage in the newer units during heavy rain and disputes the facility's practices. That's a serious claim, so inspect any unit before you sign. If you need after-hours access, ask about the gate schedule first. Otherwise, the feedback points to a well-run spot with helpful people.
