About MyPlace Self Storage
MyPlace Self Storage sits in West Ashley, just minutes from Highway 61. RV owners use the outdoor parking here. The lot is gated with personalized codes and cameras. The property got a pavement refresh and new cameras after a change in management. John, the manager, comes up often in reviews. People say he is friendly, knows renters by name, and responds quickly to messages. One reviewer said he had everything ready for their move from Kansas City. Another mentioned the clean, easy move-in. Renters have flagged problems too. One reviewer reported water in an outside unit and mold on a suitcase. Another had trouble with a gate code in the rain and couldn't reach anyone. Reviews also mention climate-controlled units and supplies for packing. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance. Hours are posted, but it's not open 24/7.
