About MyPlace Self Storage
MyPlace Self Storage sits on Aaron Aronov Dr. in historic Fairfield, about 10 minutes from downtown Birmingham. It serves Midfield, Pleasant Grove, Ensley Highlands and the surrounding areas. You get gated access with your own code and a mix of climate-controlled and drive-up units. The reviews lean heavily on one person. Sharon comes up again and again, and reviewers describe her as polite, informative and willing to walk them through the whole process. People also call the place clean and mention getting a price that worked for them. Eight hundred reviews and a 4.9 average is a strong record. Not every review is glowing. One customer complained about the office being closed before posted hours, no callbacks and no email replies. Another found the numbers on the gate keypad hard to read at night. Worth knowing if office access matters to you. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site.
