About National Storage
National Storage on W 5th St in Owensboro runs a straightforward self-storage operation, and the drive-up units are the draw. You park at your door and unload instead of hauling boxes up stairs or into an elevator. Renters get 24/7 access to the property, and cameras watch the grounds. Staff get most of the praise in the reviews. People describe them as helpful and kind, and a few mention the rental process going quickly, including reserving online and setting up an account over the phone. One reviewer said a trailer was unloaded into units within two hours. Autopay with a major credit card is available if you'd rather not think about rent each month. The 4.2 rating comes with gripes worth reading. Some reviewers say the gate has been locked outside posted hours, and a few complain about lights and maintenance and about rent going up. Others had no trouble at all. Hours and access details are worth confirming before you sign.
