About New Hope Storage
New Hope Storage sits at 9300 52nd Ave. N. in New Hope, Minnesota, with indoor, climate-controlled units for personal and business items, boats, RVs and vehicles. Wide aisles give you room to swing a large truck around. The property is gated with keypad access, well lit, and watched by digital video monitoring. Reviews land at 4.3 stars across 86 of them, and staff come up the most. People describe Deb and Miranda as friendly and patient on the phone and on move-in day, and one reviewer said a staffer walked her through hitching a trailer from start to finish. Cleanliness gets mentioned too, with renters calling the inside clean and uncluttered. Not every review is glowing. Some renters say move-in costs ran well above their online quote, and a few describe disputes over refunds and belongings. Worth reading through before you book. Moving carts, dollies and rental trucks are listed as available, along with packing supplies and online payments.
