Next Door Self Storage

About Next Door Self Storage

Next Door Self Storage sits on 38th Street in Peru, across from Rural King and behind Rental Pros. It pulls in people from La Salle, Oglesby and Spring Valley too. Traditional units run from 75 to 300 square feet, and there is vehicle storage as well. Boxes and packing supplies are sold on site, so you can grab what you need without a second trip. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. One reviewer said a conversation with Jackie was the reason they showed up, and they found the praise accurate. People describe signing up as quick, upgrades as easy, and Dena as someone who pointed out a move-in special they did not know about. Others mention clean, dry units and a tidy property, with no water or animal damage over a long stretch. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about the gate being taken down and said the office would not let them cancel while items were still inside, despite what the contract says. Renters tend to bring up value the most, often alongside the staff. The place has hours rather than 24/7 access.
