About NextStor Storage - Carmel Hamlet
The facility sits on NY 311 near Putnam Hospital, with climate-controlled indoor units and drive-up access spread across a range of sizes from 50 to 1,000 square feet. Ground-floor access makes hauling gear in and out easier, and a perimeter fence with gate code entry keeps the property secured. Reviewers often call the place clean. Several mention the staff being courteous and helpful, and one person said the transition was easy. Easy online reservation and move-in come up too, along with the climate control: one renter with a 10x5 indoor unit said electronics and fabric supplies stayed dry and mold-free. Parking for RVs and boats is available on site, and leases run month to month. A few reviews note issues: one said the website rate didn't match what they were quoted, and another mentioned broken keypads for over a week with no notice. Most feedback is positive, with a 4.7-star average from 63 reviews.
