About North Albany Self Storage
North Albany Self Storage handles more than household goods. The lot takes RVs, boats and other vehicles, and one reviewer mentions staff walking them out to show exactly where to park a travel trailer. Reviewers keep bringing up Michael by name. He gets credit for patience with first-timers and their many questions, for staying friendly with someone who arrived close to closing, and for accepting freight deliveries and guiding drivers to the right unit. The gate uses individual codes, and several people call the facility clean and secure. With 88 Google reviews and a 4.6 rating, the pattern holds. It's also a full self-storage spot, so you can grab boxes, tape or bubble wrap on the same trip. Staff are described as kind and easy to work with, and the rental process got called quick and easy more than once. Hours are posted, so call ahead if you're swinging by after work.
