About North Texas Self Storage
North Texas Self Storage sits in Vernon and covers both indoor units and uncovered outdoor parking, so RVs, boats, and cars have a spot alongside household storage. Sizes run from 5'x10' to 12'x30'. Access is available around the clock, and cameras are part of the setup. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff. Several call the management friendly and helpful, and one describes a manager getting them set up when movers arrived without warning. Another mentions the first month being free. Cleanliness and easy access come up more than once, and one person notes you can buy supplies on site. Not every review is glowing. One person says their unit flooded while they were out of town and that no accommodation was made. Another reports a gate PIN that would not work and broken cameras. Worth reading through before you commit. With a 4.8 rating across 32 reviews, most people come away satisfied, but the complaints are specific enough to ask about.
