About Nova Storage
Nova Storage sits on Rinaldi St in Mission Hills, across from Holy Cross Hospital and near the Rinaldi and Laurel Canyon Blvd crossroads. Covered storage is among the options here, and the lot is easy to reach from the 5 and 405. The units are drive-up, so you pull right to the door to load and unload. Each unit has its own alarm, and reviewers mention security cameras and a gated entry. Staff come up often in the reviews, with 19 people calling them accommodating; Felicia and Jeremy get named for sorting out a sign-up glitch. Others describe the office as clean and the crew as honest and clear in their explanations. One caution from a reviewer: it gets very hot during summer days. Renting has been smooth for most, though a long-term customer missed the old manager. The main entrance has a restroom, water and candy. Online payments and moving supplies are available.
