About On Track Storage
On Track Storage sits on South Friendship Road in Paducah, serving McCracken County with both climate controlled and standard units. Sizes go from small to large, so household furniture, business inventory, and seasonal gear all have a spot. Outdoor storage is available too, including space for boats. The gate is open to tenants 24 hours a day, and the site is fenced, lit, and covered by cameras. You can pay rent online in minutes, in person, or by phone, and autopay is an option. The office is reachable 7am to 7pm daily, and Spanish-speaking staff are on hand. Reviews back up the day-to-day experience. People say the units stay clean, the grounds are well maintained, and the setup process was simple. Several mention Jackie by name for walking them through it and making them feel welcome. One reviewer who stored there for months said the climate controlled unit stayed clean the whole time.
