About On Track Storage
On Track Storage sits on Kentucky Dam Road, serving Reidland, Paducah and the Kentucky Lake area. RV owners get covered or uncovered parking, plus drive-up units if you need space for other gear. The property is gated and lit, with cameras on site, and gate access runs 5am to midnight, seven days a week. Reviewers tend to mention the staff first. One describes an employee as helpful and cheerful through a pile of questions, and another says a request for gravel in a parking spot was handled within a week, with a follow-up call after. People also call the place clean, with plenty of room to park, and a few note it is close to home and easy to get in and out of. The security gate comes up more than once. Payment can be made in person, online, by phone or through autopay, and the Paducah team is reachable 7am to 7pm daily. Spanish-speaking staff are available. It holds a 4.6 rating from 45 Google reviews. One long-term renter does question a February rate increase.
