About OPT Storage & Uhaul
OPT Storage & Uhaul on Cabot's north side handles more than just household goods. The lot takes RVs, boats, and trailers alongside regular self-storage, short term or long. It's also a U-Haul dealer, so you can rent a truck or trailer on site for a local move or a one-way haul. The service area covers Cabot, Vilonia, Little Rock AFB, Searcy, Beebe, and Jacksonville. Reviews land around 3.7 stars from 26 people. Several mention the owner, Lori, by name and call her kind and quick to respond when they needed a truck or trailer. One long-term renter was told to vacate a unit, so ask about availability before you commit. Another review notes a mix-up with a U-Haul reservation that sent them to three towns, which they blamed on U-Haul rather than the dealer. Folks renting trucks and trailers tend to come back. The storage side seems to work best when you confirm your spot and terms up front.
