About Orono Garage Condos

These are garage condos you own, not rent. Sizes run from 800 to 1,400 square feet, and you can set them up however you want. Think lifts, a lounge, or a bar. The whole point is a private space for your vehicles and gear. The project is opening fall 2025 near Lake Minnetonka, a few minutes west of Minneapolis. One reviewer called it a great idea and said they're glad they have a unit and are looking forward to moving in. It's aimed at people with high-end cars, collectibles, or weekend toys who want discretion and design flexibility. If that sounds like your situation, reach out to reserve a unit and start planning your layout.
