About Otter Self Storage
Otter Self Storage sits on Shadick Dr in Orange City, close to University High School and Veterans Memorial Parkway. It's a gated facility with cameras running around the clock, and the lot is well lit. Covered and indoor storage are both options here, along with space for boats and other vehicles. Renting happens online, and reviewers mention the contactless gate code and unit directions are easy to follow. Staff come up often in reviews. People describe Joshua and Pedro as helpful and patient, and one long-time tenant says problems with a bill got worked out. Another reviewer had trouble with a keypad and got quick help sorting it out. Not everyone is a fan. One reviewer found the unit prices high, the hours not customer friendly, and no manager on site. Others say they've stayed for years and recommend the place. Month-to-month leases, autopay, and online account management are available.
