About Otter Self Storage
Otter Self Storage sits at 5100 Hwy 138 in Union City, and it takes RVs, boats and other vehicles along with regular household and business units. You get covered, indoor and outdoor options, so there is a spot for a rig whether you want it under roof or out in the open. The lot is gated with personalized codes, lit, and watched by cameras around the clock. Month-to-month leases and online account management make it simple to rent without a lot of back and forth. Reviews point to a staff that knows its stuff, and several people name Joshua, Melissa and Destiny for walking them through the paperwork and answering questions. The easy booking process comes up more than once. Not every review is warm. A couple of renters mention rats, and one complained about a gate standing open during visits. The 4.4 rating across 92 reviews suggests most people come away satisfied, but read the reviews yourself before you sign. Drive-up access units and climate controlled storage are part of the mix, and you can rent or reserve online.
