About Outbox Self Storage
Outbox Self Storage sits in the Cotswold area of Charlotte and handles more than household goods. Renters there park RVs, boats, cars and trucks alongside regular units. The lot is lit, and the buildings get called safe and well maintained in several reviews. Climate control is available if you want protection from heat, cold and humidity, and pest control is included. Online rentals and payments keep the paperwork short. You can also pick up packing and moving supplies, use dollies and carts, or grab a move-in truck. The place has a 4.5 rating across 60 Google reviews, and longtime tenants stand out. People who have rented for four years and ten years mention the manager by name and say she answers questions fast. Several reviewers point to reasonable prices, a clean and tidy property, and staff who treat customers like family. Not everyone is happy. A few complain about roof leaks, poor lighting and mold damage, and one person says their insurance claim was denied. Read the recent reviews before you commit.
