About Outrig Storage Simi Valley
Outrig Storage in Simi Valley is a paved lot with clearly marked spaces and easy access. It stores RVs and boats, and some reviews mention covered spots, though others say the spaces are not covered. The facility is gated and has security measures that reviewers describe as effective. Melissa, the manager, comes up often in reviews. People say she is personable, efficient, and knows what is going on. Several long-term tenants mention staying because of her. The crew that handles repairs, cleaning, and moving trailers gets praised as careful and efficient. One recurring complaint: new owners raised monthly fees by about 25 to 30 percent with little warning. A few reviewers say they are considering moving because of the increase.
