About Pack-It-Up Self Storage
Pack-It-Up Self Storage sits on West Vickery Boulevard in Fort Worth. Reviewers keep bringing up the property manager, Sasha, by name. They describe her as experienced, professional, and the reason the rental process felt easy. One called it the best storage experience they've had, and another said she made them feel welcome from the first conversation. The place is gated, lit, and has security cameras. Several reviewers mention 24/7 access as a plus for their schedules. Cleanliness comes up often too, along with unit sizes that worked for a military family's moves. Rates get good marks, and one customer mentioned a military discount. There's a promo worth asking about: three months free rent with a five-month lease. One reviewer said they shopped around and found nothing close. Not every review is positive. A customer reported a theft in September 2025 and said management offered little support afterward. That's worth weighing if you keep valuables in a unit.
