About Pack-N-Stack Mini Storage
Pack-N-Stack sits in Ozark, Missouri, and handles self-storage plus boat and RV parking. It's a gated facility with an automatic coded gate and on-site management. Unit sizes run from 5x10 up to 10x30, and the site recently added 178 new units. Hours are posted rather than 24/7 gate access. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 52 ratings, and the manager Derric comes up often. People describe him as patient on the phone and helpful with odd storage situations, including getting two units side by side. Cleanliness gets mentioned too, with one renter noting a spotless unit. Price and proximity to home come up as reasons people stay. Not every review is warm. One camper owner reported break-ins at the lot and said nobody called to warn them. Another said they weren't notified before their unit was sold. Worth asking about security and notice policies before you sign.
