About Pack Rat Self Storage
Pack Rat Self Storage sits in Tyler and pulls in customers from Lindale and the rest of East Texas. It handles more than household goods: indoor units come climate controlled or not, and there is boat and RV storage on site. The property is gated and fenced, and access is available around the clock. Reviewers keep coming back to two things. Several call the place very clean and well kept, and they describe the staff as helpful, naming the manager in a few reviews. One reviewer mentioned a move-in promotion and a U-Haul truck rented from the same location. Other services include alarm monitoring, moving carts, online payments, and boxes and packing supplies. Units of multiple sizes are ready for new tenants, and rentals can be started online. Managers are on call if you need a hand.
