About Paramount RV and Trailer Park
Paramount RV and Trailer Park sits on the Esplanade in Chico, close to shopping, dining, Chico State, Nettleton Stadium, and Bidwell Park. The park offers short-term and long-term stays, with onsite management and 24-hour security cameras. Reviewers often mention Eddie, the manager, as friendly and helpful. One guest said he made room when another park turned them away. The park is described as clean and quiet at night, with a laundry area and mailbox room. Dogs are welcome, and there's a back area for them to run. Shade trees come up in reviews, though one recent visitor noted many trees had been removed. Bathrooms and showers were under remodel at the time of that review. Hookups worked well for another guest. No internet was available during one stay. Rates were called fair. “All I can say is wow! I had reservations at another place in Chico but was rejected due to my RV being more than 10 years old😢. I called around and when I told Eddy the owner what had happened he made room for me.” – none, 7 years ago, on Google
“This place is perfect for someone looking for long term spot in the city on the bus routes. It's a great location, especially if you want to be right in town and close to absolutely everything!” – All G., 9 months ago, on Google
