About Park Place Storage LLC.
Park Place Storage sits on Highway 27 in Davenport, where you park your rig on open ground rather than in a building. That means outdoor spots for RVs, and the same lot takes boats, trailers, cars, trucks and equipment. Access runs through an electric gate, and the one review up so far mentions it as a convenient part of the setup. That reviewer was a business owner keeping equipment on site and said things have gone well for him and his employees. He also called the owners very friendly. The gate is coded, so you are not leaving your rig behind an open fence. It is a 5.0 rating, but it comes from a single review, so treat it as a starting point rather than a track record. Hours are posted and the lot is open 24/7. Rates are not listed here, so call for an estimate.
