About Patriot Cache Storage
Patriot Cache Storage sits at 1310 East Business 190 in Copperas Cove, and it takes boats, RVs and commercial vehicles along with regular self-storage. Access is through a secured gate, and there is on-site management. Drive-up units and climate control are part of the mix, plus boxes and packing supplies if you are mid-move. The Google rating is 4.8 across 277 reviews, and the staff come up again and again. Reviewers name Lynn and Dani and describe them as friendly and helpful, with one person mentioning a follow-up call and another saying they got real advice about ending a contract after three years overseas. Military families note the welcome. Others call the property clean and comfortable and say the climate control actually works, unlike places they had used before. Discount offers and fair prices get mentioned too. One review about a U-Haul rental flags the cost, so it is worth checking rates yourself. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and online payments are available.

“Best storage place in Copperas Cove!! We have used a couple of storage places in the Copperas Cove area. Patriot is by far the best. Other places have been rude, over-priced and had issues with rodents and bugs.” – Alaina F., 2 years ago, on Google
“I usually don’t leave reviews, but the customer service at this storage place is fantastic. Mrs. Lynn was beyond helpful and explained the process of canceling the contract after three years of being overseas and ready to move.” – Jennifer L., 2 years ago, on Google
“Amazing customer service. I wish I caught the ladies I spoke with, because they were both friendly. From telling me about the rates and security. Also, the follow-up call was amazing! Great phone etiquette from start to finish.” – Antonette L., a year ago, on Google
