About Personal Mini Storage
Personal Mini Storage sits on US-441 in Fruitland Park, a straight shot from Lady Lake, Leesburg, and Lake Griffin. It's family-owned, in business since 1982, and was formerly Finch's U-Stor-It. The place has been upgraded with new gates, signage, and security. For RV owners, there's outdoor parking in a gated lot with keypad access. The property has cameras and 24-hour surveillance. Reviewers often mention the staff as welcoming and accommodating, and one noted the recent fence and electric gate added more security. Another appreciated a follow-up call after renting. The office is air-conditioned, and U-Haul truck and trailer rentals are on-site. Leases are month-to-month. If you need indoor storage, they also have air-conditioned units and drive-up options. The facility is wheelchair accessible. It's a straightforward, well-kept spot that people seem to return to.
