About Phelan Self Storage
Phelan Self Storage is a self-storage yard on the north side of the high desert, and it also does U-Haul rentals. Reviewers bring up the staff most often, calling them friendly, courteous and helpful. The grounds get mentioned too: one long-term tenant said the place stays immaculate. That same tenant said access in and out is easy and the site feels secure. No rodent trouble, and bait stations are kept around the property. Another reviewer praised the managers and said the facility was clean, secure and well run. Not every review is glowing. One person left over a late fee after two years as a tenant. Another said the gate locks at 9 p.m. and warned that staying past it can cost you a fee to get out. Worth knowing before you sign. The facility holds a 3.9 rating across 79 Google reviews.
