About Pinnacle Storage
Pinnacle Storage sits on Market Street in Wilmington, with indoor parking for RVs, trailers and boats. There is paved parking too. The property is self-storage first, so RVs share the grounds with climate-controlled units and document and commercial storage. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff by name. Chris gets credit for calling people back when he's tied up and for helping load a trailer. Ben is called a phenomenal gentleman to do business with. One renter locked a key inside a unit and was back in within minutes. Another changed a rental mid-day and said Lance's patience kept it from turning into chaos. Expect month-to-month leases and access seven days a week. The place is described as clean, and people mention renting a U-Haul on site for a same-day move. Moving carts and packing supplies are part of the setup. Call ahead for hours and availability.
