About Placeholder Storage

Placeholder Storage keeps RVs and boats in Magnolia, and the few reviews up so far are all five stars. People point to the roomy covered spaces as the main draw, plus lights that stay on after dark. Getting a rig in and out sounds easier than at most places. One reviewer measured the driveways at 60 feet, with street turn-ins close to 36 feet wide and 41 feet to the gate. That is enough room to swing the back end clear of the street. They also mention dual 24-hour access gates and gate transmitters, so you are not tied to office hours. Amenities listed for the site include electricity hookups and potable water on-site. Reviewers describe the owner as easy to work with and the service as excellent. Call ahead to check what is open.
