About Planet Self Storage
Planet Self Storage runs two locations in Crown Point, and reviewers keep coming back to the people. Kim gets named for walking a customer out to look at available spots instead of handling everything by phone or online. Barbie comes up too, described as polite and quick to work through a problem. The place is gated with coded access and 24/7 video surveillance. Reviewers say the units and grounds are clean and well taken care of, and snow gets cleared from around the buildings so you can still reach your unit in winter. A few renters mention tight months, and they say the owners were patient and understanding about late payments. Rating sits at 4.7 from 13 Google reviews. It is a storage facility first, so if you are parking a rig, call and ask what they can fit before you drive over.
