About Plateau Heated Storage
Plateau Heated Storage is a self-storage facility in Sammamish, WA. Every unit is heated, which helps keep moisture down. The grounds are lit and covered by multiple security cameras, and each renter gets a personalized access code. You can rent online and pay online. The office also stocks packing and moving supplies, and there are dollies and moving carts on hand. Trucks are available for move-ins, and U-Haul rentals come up in reviews. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 63 Google ratings. People bring up the staff often and describe them as friendly and accommodating. One reviewer worked with Denise to see three units and pick a larger one. The facility itself gets called spotless and well-lit, and several reviewers mention feeling secure there. Location comes up as handy too. Not every review is glowing. A couple of people describe friction at the counter, and one online renter had to call or visit the office before getting access, which was a hassle when the office was closed midweek. Worth knowing before you sign up. Hours are posted, but the place is not open around the clock.
