About Portage Self Storage
Portage Self Storage sits in Ravenna and runs about 600 units, so there is a decent chance of finding a size that fits your rig or the stuff you haul with it. The lot is gated with cameras on site, and reviewers often bring up security when they write about the place. Staff get a lot of positive mentions. People describe them as friendly, helpful, and willing to work with tenants. Rates come up as reasonable, and one reviewer called them the cheapest around. Cleanliness shows up too, with comments about units being clean and dry and no trouble with bugs or weather damage. A couple of things to know. Access is not 24 hours, which more than one reviewer listed as the main drawback. Others mention rent going up under new ownership. Mixed in with that are complaints about phone calls going unanswered and voicemail not returned, so plan accordingly. Month-to-month leasing means no long commitment.
