About Precision Storage
Precision Storage sits on a 2.5-acre lot off Congress Street in New Port Richey. It's gated, lit at night, and you can get in and out around the clock. Security cameras cover the property, and the owner is on site. Reviewers talk about the security a lot. Several mention the guard dog that patrols at night, and one says they've had no issues in years of storing a boat here. The lot gets called clean and well-maintained. The owner, Matt, comes up often as friendly and quick to answer questions. Another reviewer stores work trucks and trailers and has been there almost two years. One neighbor across the street left a harsh review about noise from trucks and a barking dog. The positive reviews far outnumber it, but it's there if you want the full picture. Call ahead if you need specifics on availability.
