About Preferred Self-Storage Facility
Preferred Self-Storage on Trade Center Drive offers both indoor climate-controlled units and uncovered or enclosed parking for RVs and boats. The property is gated with keypad electric gates, 24-hour video surveillance, and gate access every day of the year. You can manage your account and pay online. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Tammy and Joseph get named often for walking people through rentals, setting up access codes, and having units clean and ready. One person rented a climate-controlled unit for eight years and said everything came out with no moisture or bugs. Others mention the flatbed carts and easy access with no stairs or winding hallways. The climate control gets steady praise, especially through summer. If you need a space for a rig or a boat, call ahead to check what parking is open.
