About Premier Storage - Conway
A self-storage spot on the Conway side of things, and the kind of place RV owners pass on the way to the lake. Reviewers rate it 4.4 across 93 Google reviews. The people writing reviews tend to bring up the security cameras and the gate, and a few mention the online rental going smoothly, even when they were setting it up from out of town. You can park a rig under cover, inside, or out in the open, and the covered section is lit and under its own cameras. There is climate control, which helps with the Arkansas humidity, and the climate controlled area gets called clean and easy to get around. LaRissa and the staff come up when people talk about quick responses. Turning a unit on took one email and under an hour for one reviewer. Not every review is warm. Some mention rats in the units and trouble reaching anyone when problems came up, and one person left after a rent increase. Read the recent ones before you sign.
