About Premiere Storage Morris
This is a newer self-storage spot on the north side of Morris, right by Highway 9 and Old US 59 near Heartland Motor and the GrandStay Hotel. The building went up in 2022 and has over 170 units, including indoor spaces big enough for RVs and boats. Sizes run from 10x10 up to 12x36. Reviewers keep bringing up the management, and most of it is positive. People mention quick responses, like the person who needed a unit on Christmas Eve and heard back within an hour. Others call the place clean, well lit, and convenient. A few reviews are less kind: one person says they got behind on payments and weren't contacted before an auction, and another warns about mice and mold in a unit with no air circulation. Another mentions administrative fees for canceling early. The lot has concrete driveways and good lighting, and you get 24-hour access. Online bill pay is available. The facility serves Morris and nearby towns like Glenwood, Benson, Herman, Graceville, and Hancock.
